How do I place my order?
To place an order:
- Add items to your shopping cart.
- Choose to checkout through our website or PayPal.
- For website checkout, click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.
- For PayPal, click the PayPal button.
- You will be directed to the Customer Information page. Enter:
- Email address
- Name
- Shipping address
- If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right side of the screen and click “Apply”.
- Click “Continue to Shipping Method”. Confirm your delivery address (if different from billing).
- Click “Continue to Payment Method”, enter your payment details, and indicate if billing and shipping addresses are the same.
- Click “Complete Order”. You will see an order summary on screen and receive a confirmation email.

What if items are missing or incorrect in my order?
If you receive missing or incorrect items, contact us at service@vitalmori.com. Include your Order # and a proof image (under 1MB). We will reship the correct item at no cost and you may keep the wrong item as a gift.
How do I know my order was successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation with your Order Number and purchase details.
Can I change my order?
Order changes are allowed on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). Contact service@vitalmori.com to request a change.
How do I add items to my cart?
Navigate to the item page, select your preferences, and click “Add to Cart”. Enter the quantity you want in the “Quantity” field. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
How do I view my shopping cart?
Click the Cart icon at the top of the page. You can update quantities or remove items by clicking “Remove”.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the Cart icon in the top-right corner, locate the item, and click “Remove”. The page will refresh to reflect the changes.
How do I change the quantity of an item?
Click the Cart icon, go to the Quantity field for the item, enter the desired amount, and the total cost will update automatically.
What browsers are recommended for this site?

What payment options do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I pay using PayPal?
After adding items to your cart, click PayPal at checkout. You will be redirected to PayPal. Enter your payment details to complete your order quickly and securely.
How do I use a discount code?
- Add items to your cart and click “Checkout”.
- Enter your information on the Customer Information page.
- Enter your discount code in the “Discount” field (top right) and click “Apply”.
- Verify that the discount is applied in the order summary.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Please refer to our Return Policy. Our customer service is available 24/7 and will respond as quickly as possible.
How do I return an item?

What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled on the same day they are placed, before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). Contact service@vitalmori.com to request a cancellation.
