Risk of Loss
Items purchased through the Site are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Dispute Resolution
By using the Site, you agree that disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed.
