Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days after receiving it. Our 30-day money-back guarantee starts from the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at vitalmori.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days from the date you received the item.
We only accept returns for defective items caused by the seller, which can be replaced (subject to availability) or refunded at the buyer’s discretion.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
Items must be well-packed and include the original packaging.
All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
After shipping your return, provide us with the tracking number and clear photos of the returned parcel.

Special Situations
If your item is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts not caused by the seller, only a partial refund may be granted.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. Customers are charged only once for shipping costs, which includes returns. No restocking fees will be applied.
