When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the shipment date, depending on the carrier and your location. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, inspections, or carrier-related transportation issues.

What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 to all destinations, including: United States, Germany, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Israel, Mexico, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Singapore, Norway, Malta, Chile, Denmark, Sweden, UAE, Belgium, Portugal, Iceland, Cyprus, Finland, Netherlands, and Saudi Arabia.
Which countries do you ship to?

How can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are allowed only on the same day the order is placed, before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT). Contact us at service@vitalmori.com to request a change.
Can I ship to an address different from my card billing address?
Yes, shipping to a different address is possible.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Some items may ship directly from our domestic warehouses, while others are produced and shipped directly from our factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), or import tariffs.
